FIDS Active Hours after school program provides students with fun, exciting, and instructional sports and activities after the regular school day. Active Hours sessions run for approximately eight weeks and are held for approximately one hour following the end of the school day. The Active Hours program is open to all FIDS children of appropriate age. Specific programs include:

• Golf (& S.N.A.G Golf – age 3 & up)
• Soccer
• Tae Kwon Do
• Tennis
• Ballet and Dance
• Guitar
• Drama
• Rollerblading
• Language and computer classes
